Step 3: Fabrication Process After receiving approval on the design drawings, our qualified team of fabricators and welders initiates the fabrication process. They meticulously cut, drill, and paint the steel components according to your specifications. All fabrication work adheres to the UKCA BE EN 1090 standard, and every piece undergoes rigorous quality checks and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) before painting.
Step 4: Delivery Preparation Prior to delivery, we carefully load all steel components onto the transportation vehicle along with any necessary installation equipment. Upon arrival at your site, our installation team conducts a thorough inspection to ensure all components are intact and undamaged during transit.
Step 5: Installation Our skilled installation team begins by conducting a site setup survey and positioning the steel according to the construction drawings. They meticulously assemble the mezzanine structure, adhering to the highest standards of safety and precision. Once the installation is complete, we invite you to inspect the finished product. Upon your approval, we issue a UKCA certificate to certify compliance with regulatory standards.
