For this project in Liverpool, we were contracted to deliver a full-service solution for a custom mezzanine floor, including supply, fabrication, and installation. The objective was to maximise usable space within the client’s existing facility without the need for structural alterations to the building.

Site Survey & Design Consultation: Our team conducted a comprehensive site survey to assess the structural requirements and ensure compliance with building regulations. A tailored design was developed to meet the client’s operational needs and load specifications.

Fabrication: The mezzanine structure was fabricated in-house using high-grade structural steel, ensuring strength, durability, and a clean finish. All components were precision-cut and prepped for fast-track installation.

Supply & Delivery: All materials, including primary steelwork, decking, staircases, and safety features (handrails, pallet gates), were delivered on schedule, minimising downtime for the client.
